Astrakhan USC shipyards take part in exhibition «Neva 2017»

The “Caspian Energy” Group (incorporated in USC) takes part in prestigious international exhibition “Neva 2017” held in St. Petersburg and dedicated to shipbuilding, navigation, port activities and development of offshore fields.

Main projects of Astrakhan shipyards are demonstrated at the USC exhibition unit, which is traditionally the biggest. CNRG presented a model of ice-resistant fixed platform (LSP-1) for the V. Filanovsky field in the Caspian Sea. The project has been completed this year.

A contract on construction of LSP-1 was signed by top managers of the “Lukoil” Oil Company and OJSC “USC” on November 9th 2011 with witness of Vladimir Putin. Ice-resistant fixed platform (LSP-1) is the main facility for the V. Filanovsky field development.

Shipyard “Lotos” presented a model of cruise liner PV300VD being dynamically built at the yard.

An official ceremony dedicated to laying of the bottom section of river-sea cruise passenger liner PV300VD took place at ship yard “Lotos” on August 15th 2016. Construction was started via video-conference by the Russian president, who held the State Council Presidium meeting on the Russian inland waterways development in Volgograd at that time. This class vessels have not been built in Russia for more than 60 years.

Projects presented by the “Caspian Energy” Group cause a strong interest of exhibition participants and visitors.
