Caspian Energy Group will continue to participate in the development of the Caspian Sea

Today, in the presence of Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Putin, President of "LUKOIL" Vagit Alekperov and President of JSC "United Shipbuilding Corporation" Roman Trotsenko signed a contract to build offshore platform (LFA-1) for oilfield development named after V. Filanovsky oilfield is the next step for the development of open fields in the northern Caspian. As it stated earlier by the oil company's management, construction of infrastructure facilities will be carried out at Astrakhan shipyards located close to oilfield. Work on the development of documentation, purchasing of equipment and materials, construction and commissioning of the LSP-1 will be made by engineering, production and service resources of the Caspian Energy Group (from August of this year, it is controlled by JSC "United Shipbuilding Corporation").
